Seven people, at least four nationalities, one thing in common : they all work in the same bank, a few meters from each other, every day. One of them likes mountaineering, and wanted an introduction day for his friends. Most of these persons were real beginners.
It was not a formal "mountain workshop", but it looked like in many ways : how to make it possible for so different people to live an adventure together ? What is relevant for the decisions to be taken during the climb ? (be together ? do a more technical climb for those who have some experience ? decide only according to the weakest members ?) What are the expectations of each person ? What would make this day successfull ? We did not climb a big mountain, but it was a good opportunity to explore the contents of future workshops.
